Ginny Weissman
President
Ginny is the Founder & Executive Director of PetMinistry-PS, Inc since 2009. In the last 16 years we have found loving, forever home for over 500 pet and raised funds for their medical expenses. Ginny is a also a TV writer, producer and published author.
Michael Mammina
Secretary/Treasurer
Michael is a Master Life Coach with multiple certifications and global professional experience. His passion is to create the space for people to rediscover their life’s vision and “reinvent” themselves, creating a path to their dreams. He understands the love our pets bring into the world and is dedicated to joining them with their perfect people. He holds previous Board Leadership experience specializing in fundraising and events.
Dr. Gary Homec
Board Member
Dr. Homec works as a consultant and practices veterinary medicine at Carter Animal Hospital in Cathedral City. Dr. Homec will be a consultant at New Harmony which will offer on-site medical care to the Seniors and their pets.
Gina Harlan
Board Member
Gina Harlan Tax Services assists taxpayers and small businesses with taxes in Banning CA and the surrounding communities. Gina is also a talented singer and performer in the Coachella Valley. Gina is a cat lover and has a several fur-children.
Michael Levitt
Board Member
Emmy nominated Michael Levitt created and produced “The All-Star Dog Rescue Celebration” and co-created and produced the "American Rescue Dog Show" for the Hallmark Channel and “Stanley Pup” for TruTV. He currently is producing “Baylen Out Loud” on Max. Michael’s greatest joy is when he can combine his two worlds of producing and rescuing to make programming that celebrates rescue dogs and the joy they bring to our lives.
Michael Orin Wellborn
Board Member
An actor and performer since the age of 6, Michael also owned and operated a successful interior design business in Los Angeles until moving to the desert in 2018. A “Dad” to several rescues over the years, one of Michael’s greatest passions is working for the safety and protection of animals.
Christina Stadther Garcia
Board Member
Christina is the founder of Saving Our Valley’s Dogs and has been living her passion since 2008 of rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs. To date she has rescued over 2500 dogs including many of the 500 dogs that were adopted through Pet Ministry-PS as our Rescue Partner. Christina is heading up our medical assistance program.
Francella Petaccia
Board Member
Francella Petaccia is our Rescue Partner who works tirelessly to rehabilitate and re-home dogs and cats at her small shelter in the Coachella Valley. She is out in the field almost every day trapping cats for the TNR program saving hundreds of kittens from being born. And she is committed to making the Coachella Valley "No Kill" by working with us to build an Animal Sanctuary in the Desert for pets who may never find permanent homes.
